The brief
Build a climate-resilient, sustainable early-childhood education centre in Kisumu for Play Action International.
The delivery
JSM delivered the centre between June and October 2023. In its November 2023 reference, the client confirmed completion to budget and on time, and commended build quality, health and safety, and child safeguarding.
The next commissions
Following this project, Play Action International engaged JSM for further ECDE construction in Kisumu and Mandera. The KES 30M figure relates to the wider early-childhood education programme across Kisumu County.
